Katy Perry and Russell Brand have topped their highly publicised gestures of love - with a visit to one of the world's most romantic buildings.
The US singer recently posted a picture of her and her British boyfriend in front of India's Taj Mahal, sparking further speculation that the couple are likely to tie the knot in the New Year.
"Russell knows Katy's the one for him," a source tells the Daily Mail.
"He's never been into a girl like he has with her and they're besotted. He asked her to marry him last week and she quickly said yes."
"They don't know when the wedding will be but they are planning to make it in 2010 if the schedules can work."
Last week Russell bought Katy a £2.2 million LA pad and spent the snowy season sledging in London's Hampstead Heath.
