Britain's most famous matchmaker, Cilla Black, has revealed she has a secret admirer. The 61-year-old who lost her husband of 30 years, Bobby, to cancer in 1999 told the Daily Mail she met him recently on a date.
"I have actually been going on a number of dates with different men – and there is one I am particularly fond of," she said. "He's American and absolutely charming. I'm not going to tell you his name but I can say he is not in show business."
The revelation comes on the heels of the Blind Date hostess' romance with John Madejski. After admitting she was "very fond" of the millionaire football boss, Cilla was spotted out hand-in-hand with him at a variety of functions, including the Unicef Glamour Ball, late last year.
Of late, things seem to have cooled between the two, however, with Cilla ringing in the New Year at her Caribbean home in Barbados while John holidayed in Goa.
