Kim Kardashian looks criminally good behind bars

Kim Kardashian always looks criminally good, but that's not the reason the reality TV queen finds herself behind bars.

Instead, the brunette had swapped her designer threads for a bright orange jump suit to appear on an episode of US show, Drop Dead Diva.

 

The comedy series revolves around a plus-size lawyer whose body is inhabited by the soul of a fashion model.

Kim reprises her role as relationship guru Nikki LePree, having already appeared in three past episodes. Her stint in jail comes after her character is exposed to be a con artist with a criminal past.

Show creator Josh Berman was impressed with the socialite's acting abilities.

"We wrote her a three episode arc," he told The Hollywood Reporter. "But, once she got on set and I was with her I got to see what her strengths were and we got to write to those."

Kim's brush with the law airs August 26 on the Lifetime network in the US.
