See the Dress of the Year and relive the joyous day
Its sheer beauty
elicited a collective gasp from the world.
Now, the Duchess of Cambridge
will be sharing her wedding dress with the nation all over again, this time up close.
The stunning gown is to take pride of place at an exhibition about the royal wedding in Buckingham Palace this summer, with tickets priced at £17.50.
The Queen and the Duchess enjoyed a private viewing of the dress that captivated the world in April
Some half a million people are expected to visit the exhibition at Buckingham Palace

Lucky visitors will be able to see up close the intricate detail on Kate's beautiful Grace Kelly-inspired dress, which is adorned with lace flowers two millimetres apart that were sewn on by hand by the world’s best seamstresses at the Royal School of Needlework
The 'halo' tiara, that was lent to her by the Queen, is also on display...
Along with the embroidered silk tulle veil
Kate's pear-shaped diamond earrings were a gift from her parents for the big day and featured the acorn from the Middleton coat of arms
The bride's hand-stitched shoes were also designed by McQueen director Sarah Burton
A silk replica of her bouquet
The bottom two layers of the wedding cake were saved for the christening of the couple's first child, as tradition dictates, but the top three are replicas
And the cut made by the ceremonial sword is still visible on the bottom tier
