Royal back-to-school photos

As we head into September, students up and down the country will be preparing to head back to their classrooms. Among them are Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, ten, and Prince Louis, seven, who will be returning to Lambrook School in Berkshire this week.

Queen Camilla unveils a plaque in Cornwall

Queen Camilla unveiled a plaque alongside Chief Executive Officer of ShelterBox, Sanj Srikanthan today to commemorate her visit to the headquarters of the charity, where she met with staff and volunteers to mark its twenty-fifth anniversary.

The queen's connection to ShelterBox dates back to 2006, when the then Duchess of Cornwall was introduced to the charity on an official visit to Pakistan. She became President in 2007 and Patron in May 2021.

Queen Elizabeth's peculiar hosting rule at Balmoral

Did you know that the late  Queen Elizabeth II had one rather strange custom for when she would host guests at Balmoral Castle?

According to various accounts from Prime Ministers hosted by the late Queen, she would always insist on putting on a pair of yellow rubber gloves and washing up the dirty dishes after a meal.

Queen Camilla's second royal outing

Following her visit at ShelterBox this morning, where she unveiled a plaque marking their 25th anniversary, Queen Camilla embarked on her second outing of the day.

Her Majesty travelled to Newquay where she visited the Wave House Church, whom have provided £117,000 to support local projects in the area thanks to the Cornwall Community Fund.

A fairytale garden fit for royalty

The Prince and Princess of Wales reside at the gorgeous Adelaide Cottage with their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, but the family of five will soon upgrade their digs. It's thought that the royals are moving into Forest Lodge, an eight-bedroom property on Windsor Great Park, which is a hop, skip and a jump away from their current home.

Rachel Avery, HELLO!'s Homes Editor, has all the intel on their new home, including the incredible features of the Grade-II listed property, which comes with acres of land and a private, fairytale garden with views for days.

Prince Archie's new hobby

How cute were Meghan Markle's new photos of Archie and Lilibet she shared recently? We couldn't help but notice little Archie, age six, wearing a red T-shirt that showed he had joined a soccer (AKA football) team. Prince Joachim and Princess Marie's private home used as a location for reality TV series

Prince Joachim and Princess Marie's private home has been used as one of the filming locations for a reality TV series, it has been revealed. 

A post on the Castle's Instagram account read revealed that Schackenborg Castle in Møgeltønder served as a backdrop for an episode of the TV2 show "Farmer Looking for Love" – the Danish version of "Farmer Wants a Wife". Read more about it — and see behind-the-scenes photos — here

Queen Mary shares love of nature just like Princess Kate at latest outing

Queen Mary took a leaf out of the Princess of Wales's book as she celebrated the official opening of Nature Week at a park in Copenhagen, rolling up her sleeves for bug hunting as she joined students from Kildevældsskolen and the Danish Nature Conservation Association. Mary sported a casual look for her outing, teaming a denim shirt over a khaki top, hiking trousers and walking boots.
