Motherhood looks like it is going to agree with presenter Elisabetta Gregoraci.

Flavio Briatore's expectant wife was positively radiant as she stepped out in Italy at the weekend.

In a clinging grey mini dress that showed off her new curves, the 29-year-old beauty gave fans a glimpse of her very first baby bump.

Her broad smile and the way she tenderly touched her tummy throughout the day left onlookers in no doubt of her happiness.

The arrival of the baby in the spring will be the first for the couple who wed in June last year and confirmed their happy news to the Italian media. 

It will be the second child for 59-year-old Flavio, who is the biological father of Heidi Klum's daughter Leni.

Coincidentally, the Project Runway host is due to give birth to her fourth baby anytime now and has also been wowing with her stylish maternity wear.
