Lisa and her boyfriend of a year, George Smart, invited HELLO! on her romantic getaway to the Caribbean island of Antigua recently, where they were staying at Blue Waters hotel's exclusive Rock Cottage.
"You see pelicans flying overhead at sunset and every morning a little turtle pops his head up and says hello", said Lisa.
The couple took full advantage of their romantic setting, with plenty of barbecues on their terrace and cocktails at sunset.
"We've been on a few trips together but never on a gorgeous luxury beach break, which is my kind of sort of holiday", said Lisa.
Plenty of romantic walks along the beach allowed for Lisa and George to spend some time together in luxury before the model entered the jungle, as one of the latest contestants on I'm A Celebrity.
"Just look at that view. It takes my breath away. I'm a lucky girl", said Lisa.
While Lisa, 44, previously said she couldn't imagine ever getting married, it appears that George has changed her mind. "Even if we don't marry, I know we'll be together forever", she said.
The happy couple have been dating for the past year, having met 14 years earlier while both working for MTV.
"Lisa is the most beautiful woman. I couldn't imagine anything other than sharing our lives together", George gushed.
