On Monday morning, the GMA news desk looked slightly different, as Michael Strahan was absent from the popular ABC morning show.
Instead, ABC's Deborah Roberts - who is also a contributing host on 20/20 alongside David Muir, filled in the for the former NFL champion.
Deborah sat alongside Robin Roberts and George Stephanopoulos, who were joined by guests including Brooke Shields and George's wife, Ali Wentworth, who opened up about their new documentary, Pretty Baby.
Michael has been working on GMA since 2016, and has been a fan favorite ever since.
Michael has a close bond with his co-stars, and Robin previously opened up about working with her GMA colleagues during an interview with Associated Press.

She said: "We would never, ever do anything to make each other look good at the expense of the other. That's such a comfort. To have that, it makes you take chances, and I think the audience picks up on that — the way that we are so different in many ways but so common in others."

He previously opened up about being the best father he could in a touching Father's Day tribute in 2021, that was bittersweet as it was dedicated to his late father, Gene Strahan.
"Today is a bittersweet day for me. The first #FathersDay without my hero, Gene Strahan, being with us," Michael shared on Instagram, alongside four pictures of himself with his own children.
"I’m focusing on the sweet moments and everything my Dad taught me about being a man and a father. To Tanita, Michael Jr, Sophia, and Isabella, thank you for giving me the best job and title of all… DAD!"

Michael lives in a gorgeous home in the Upper West Side of Manhattan, and often shares a glimpse inside the luxury property on social media. Michael lives there with his beloved dog Enzo, and his twin daughters, who split their time between their dad and mom's homes.
In a previous interview in the New York Times, Michael opened up living in the neighbourhood. He said: "I like the Upper West Side, because, being a father, I like the family feel to it. you see mothers with strollers, people walking their dogs. One thing I love about the neighbourhood, when you go into places, it's not like, 'Michael!' I'm another person who's just there."
