Spring has officially arrived - and not even a hint of an April shower could dampen the style game of London’s most influential It-girls.

While stateside stars are making waves in the desert at Coachella, the fashion set closer to home is serving up their own headline-worthy looks, proving that the capital’s sartorial scene is just as hot as California’s sun.

CHÉ's Summer Collection Launch Dinner

On Monday, April 28, Oliver Cheshire - founder and Creative Director of CHÉ - hosted an intimate dinner at Sale e Pepe in Knightsbridge to toast the launch of his brand’s 2025 Summer Collection. The chic soirée drew a stylish crowd, with guests including Oliver's wife - singer Pixie Lott, rapper Chip, actor Harry Goodwins, and more. The evening unfolded over classic Italian dishes and elegant Palmaráe Golden Gin Premier Cru cocktails.

The H! Fashion x Hobbs Insider Event

H! Fashion hosted an exclusive fashion insider event for readers on April 16, in partnership with Hobbs. Held at the Roosevelt Room at Brown's Hotel Mayfair, H! Fashion Editor Natalie Salmon hosted an exclusive talk alongside an esteemed panel of experts and stylists - Awon Golding, Paula Sutton & Chloe Street - where they discussed key styling tips and trends for occasionwear dressing, plus the upcoming summer social events to wear them to. Guests enjoyed fizz and received goodie bags courtesy of H! Fashion, including a gorgeous gift from Hobbs.

Nobody's Child x Poppy Delevingne

To celebrate the upcoming launch of the Nobody’s Child x Poppy Delevingne collection, a spring-inspired brunch was held on April 15 at The Orangery, Holland Park. The event brought Poppy’s vintage-meets-boho vision to life, with guests arriving in flowing dresses, sharp tailoring, romantic chiffons, and her signature fringed jacket – all from the new sustainable collection. VIP attendees included Poppy Delevingne, Gala Gordon, Olivia Buckingham, Laura Bailey, Cush Jumbo, Jaime Winstone, Erin O’Connor, and Jack Guinness. Guests enjoyed seasonal dishes by The Cellar Society and Della Vite prosecco under The Orangery’s arches.

French Connection's SS25 Celebration

Caviar and a new clothing collection - is there any better combo? On April 15, iconic British label French Connection celebrated its SS25 Collection and the ‘THIS IS IT’ campaign. The event, held at the legendary Caviar Kaspia, gave guests a preview of the new collection whilst dining on delectable caviar-infused canapes and sipping on passionfruit vodka cocktails provided by Crystal Head Vodka. It-girls in attendance included Pixie Geldof, Nina Suess and Clara Paget.

Oceanus at Selfridges

On April 9, summer style and sparkles took centre stage in Mayfair as Oceanus - the luxury beachwear and resortwear brand beloved by fashion’s It-girls - hosted an ultra-chic soirée at Isabel to toast its upcoming launch at Selfridges on April 20. Founder Hannah Attalah gathered an effortlessly cool crowd, with the likes of Tigerlily Taylor, Shay Zanco and Dame Zandra Rhodes all in attendance. Guests sipped on Casamigos Margaritas and danced the night away to a set by homeware and jewellery designer and DJ Anissa Kermiche.

Now You Know Launch Party

Soho's buzziest seven-floor venue, House Party - founded by music icon Stormzy - has fast become the go-to destination for VIP parties. Its latest high-energy happening? The launch of Now You Know, the new TV show fronted by radio host Julie Adenuga. The guest list read like a who’s who of British pop culture, with Amelia Dimoldenberg, Maya Jama, Jamie Adenuga and Giggs all turning out to celebrate.

An array of VIP guests stepped out at the Riverside Studios this month to attend the press after party celebrating the launch of Thanks For Having Me, a new comedic play bringing a fresh take on modern romance.
