For those following along, a brand new episode of the Duchess of Sussex's podcast, Confessions of a Female Founder, will soon be dropping. This is the penultimate episode of the series. Will you be tuning in?

The Duchess of Sussex has offered a rare glimpse into her family life, sharing a touching collection of personal photos on Instagram to mark seven years of marriage to Prince Harry on May 19. The beautifully arranged "notice board" montage, captioned "Our love story," featured treasured moments including wedding snaps and adorable pictures of Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. Meghan lovingly thanked supporters, writing, "Seven years of marriage. A lifetime of stories...we appreciate you."

Former actress Meghan spoke with Kitsch founder Cassandra Thurswell in episode 7 of her podcast series, Confessions of a Female Founder. During the chat, the Duchess revealed that she had always had a "vision" of being a mum. 

"I will say, for myself - especially when they are baby babies and before I was mum, I've always wanted to be a mum," she revealed. "I was like, 'Oh gosh I'm going to give a speech with a baby on my hip' - I had a whole vision - you fast forward, granted I had a lot of external things happening by the time I had both pregnancies and both babies. But it was not the way I envisioned it."

On her podcast, the Duchess of Sussex offered a charming insight, comparing her passion for gardening to the experience of running a business. "Running a business, funnily enough, it’s a lot like gardening," she shared. Meghan explained that while "Some seasons are for blooming. Others are for planting seeds," she believes "most of the work, especially early on, it’s tending to the soil." This foundational effort, she emphasized, is key: "It’s the foundation. It’s what everything is going to grow out of.”

Opening up about her journey into parenthood, Meghan confessed that her initial vision of motherhood was quite different from the reality she experienced. "Before I was a mom, I was like: 'Oh gosh, I'm going to give a speech with a baby on my hip'," she shared. "Yeah, I had a whole vision. I was like, I'm just going to."

However, the reality of raising Archie, now five, and Lilibet, who turns three next month, proved to be a departure from her imagined scenario."And then you fast forward," Meghan continued. "Granted, I had a lot of external things happening by the time I had both pregnancies and both babies, but it was not the way I envisioned it."

King Charles III and Queen Camilla have arrived at The High Commission of Canada in the UK, to mark the 100th anniversary of Canada House in London. The monarch was pictured exiting his car ahead of the celebrations, dressed to impress for the occasion - we loved his zebra print tie.

They were greeted by the High Commissioner for Canada, Ralph Goodale, and the Deputy High Commissioner, Robert Fry. The brief appearance comes ahead of their two-day state visit to Canada next week. 

Marking a century since George V's opening of Canada House, King Charles was presented with a commemorative key. Created by Indigenous Ts’myen Canadian artist Morgan Asoyuf, the key recalled the material of the original, made from Canadian bronze, silver, and nickel.

Queen Camilla was clearly inspired by her visit to the Chelsea Flower Show the previous day, donning a Fiona Clare shift dress in a pretty pink and blue floral print. The royal accessorised with her favourite three-strand pearl necklace, inherited from her mother, Rosalind Shand, featuring an Art Deco style aquamarine clasp.

Greeted by two Royal Canadian Mounted Police officers at Canada House, King Charles and Queen Camilla were then shown a large floor map of Canada. Charles was impressed, calling it "brilliant" and humorously wishing he could take it on his Canadian travels to remember his routes.

At the Chelsea Flower Show, David Beckham shared a light-hearted moment with King Charles III and Queen Camilla, thanking them for a birthday gift. HELLO! called upon a lip reader to give us the goss about what Beckham said to the royal couple.

"It was good for us as a family," he let slip about his highly publicised 50th birthday celebrations, according to lip reader Nicola Hickling. The exchange, captured at the Highgrove stand, highlighted Beckham's close rapport with the royal couple.

The Prince and Princess of Wales have made a surprise appearance at the Buckingham Palace garden party today, playing host on behalf of the King.

It marks Kate's first appearance at the summer event in two years, after undergoing cancer treatment last year.

How lovely does the Princess look in a butter yellow Emilia Wickstead dress? She first wore the ensemble during the late Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee celebrations in 2022. 

The Waleses have also been joined by William's cousins, Princess Eugenie and Zara Tindall.

Now for a look at what Zara Tindall and Princess Eugenie wore for the garden party at Buckingham Palace.

Zara looks beautiful in a floral dress by Anna Mason with a hat by Harrogate-based milliner, Jenny Roberts.

Meanwhile, Eugenie opted for an elegant navy and white polka dot dress with a matching hat and statement earrings. 

News just in from across the pond - The Prince and Princess of Wales have made it onto Time magazine’s list of the 100 most influential philanthropists.

Prince William and Kate are named in the Innovators category where they are hailed by the US publication for modernising royal philanthropy.

The Time100 Philanthropy 2025 is described as "the 100 most influential people shaping the future of giving at a pivotal moment".

"Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales, are less concerned with cultural preservation and more attuned to social issues," the article said, citing their focus on causes such as homelessness, mental health and the environment.

It added: "Crucial to the Waleses' approach is aligning social imperatives with sound business strategies and building corporate alliances to expand their reach."

Also named as top philanthropists were David Beckham, Oprah Winfrey, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Melinda French Gates, singer Dolly Parton and actor Michael Sheen.

Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie were among the royals to join the King and Queen at the preview night for the opening of the Chelsea Flower Show on Monday.

The royal sisters looked like they enjoyed their tour of the gardens, some of which are linked to patronages and charities close to their hearts. 

And of course, they chose to wear floral outfits for the occasion. 

The King and Queen are said to be "very much looking forward" to their short but hopefully "impactful" visit to Canada.

During their two-day trip, Charles will become only the second monarch – after his late mother, Queen Elizabeth II – to attend the state opening of Canada's parliament and deliver the speech setting out the government's legislative agenda.

Charles is making his first visit to the country as its King and head of state, and will be travelling with his wife, Camilla, less than a month after former Bank of England governor Mark Carney's Liberal Party election victory.

The two-day trip, which begins on Monday, will see Their Majesties celebrating the country's cultural heritage and diversity at a community event on the first day. 

On Tuesday, the King and Queen will attend the state opening of parliament – similar to the UK parliament's opening ceremony but without the formality or royal regalia found in Britain.
