Separated Ashley Cole still wearing wedding ring
Although Cheryl Cole has officially announced her separation from husband Ashley Cole and removed her £160,000 marital band, it seems the Chelsea footballer may be hoping for another chance.
The sportsman is still wearing his gold wedding band when he received treatment for his ankle injury this week.
He is said to have hopes of persuading the X Factor beauty to take him back.
"He's pleaded to meet Cheryl in the next three or four days for talks," a source tells the Daily Mirror.
"He wants to state his case and explain why he deserves another chance."
