It would seem heart-throbs Antonio Banderas and Justin Timberlake aren't so tough after all, because the two pin-ups were reduced to tears by a romantic scene in new kiddie flick Shrek 2.

The two hunks, who were sitting side by side at the film's premiere in Cannes, apparently found it all too much when things got a bit mushy on the screen. But it seems Justin's girlfriend Cameron Diaz, who plays Princess Fiona, was none too impressed by their display of sensitivity.

"I was crying at the end," admitted Antonio. "It was funny because there's a very romantic moment at the end of the movie. My character says, 'I want to cry,' and I was crying. Cameron and Justin were next to me and he said 'I'm crying, too'. So we held hands for a while. Cameron was just looking at us and thinking: 'What are they doing?'."

Meanwhile British TV presenter Jonathan Ross has discovered he will be joining the Hollywood heavyweights for the British release. The 2003 TV Moments host replaces US presenter Larry King as the voice of the ugly stepsister when the movie hits UK cinemas. "I'm delighted," he said. "As for playing the ugly stepsister, it's a case of being typecast yet again."
