George Stephanopoulos is a doting father-of-two but has always been relatively private when it comes to his personal life.
However, this week, the GMA star made a rare appearance with his two grown-up daughters, Harper, 20, and Elliott, 17, as they stepped out with their parents to attend the New York City premiere of Pretty Baby on Wednesday night.
Pretty Baby was produced by George and wife Ali Wentworth's production company, Bedby8productions, and focuses on the life of their good friend, Brooke Shields, as she looks back over the pivotal moments in her life, while exploring her role in a society that sexualises young women and girls.
The documentary also includes the bombshell revelation that she was sexually assaulted three decades ago by a powerful Hollywood executive.
Other big names in attendance were George's GMA co-star Robin Roberts, ABC journalist Deborah Roberts, and Will and Grace actress Debra Messing.
Brooke's daughters, Grier, 16, and Rowan, 19, were also at the star-studded event, along with her husband, Chris Henchy.
The star's daughters got an exclusive preview of the documentary ahead of the screening, although the actress admitted she landed herself into some trouble with them as a result.
"There's a lot in the documentary they did not know about," Brooke told People ahead of its release on Hulu on April 3. "They were mad that I didn't inform them about everything," she added.
George and Ali are both incredibly close to Brooke and her family, meaning the documentary was very close to their hearts.
The couple's production company was founded in 2022 and focuses on scripted television projects, limited series and documentaries. When the couple aren't busy working, they enjoy nothing more than spending time at home in NYC with their family.
Ali previously gave an insight into their family life. Chatting to Harry Connick Jr, she said: "I have two girls. George is the only guy in the house. For some reason, he gets beat up constantly. He is always wrong. He is an idiot. He is a loser, but in a loving way."
The pair met after being set up on a blind date by mutual friends and it didn't take long for them to get engaged after their whirlwind romance.
