Part I

In 2009, interesting invitations helped you realise how you could be doing a lot more with your life. But you also became painfully aware of the difference between who you are and what you have become. Somewhere in your struggle to pay rent, fulfil obligations and live within your limitations, you have forgotten your hopes, wishes and dreams. Your world is full of compromises. Your ambitions seem like fantasies. In 2010 you will be able to make choices which set you free. Between late April and July, Uranus and Saturn will oblige you to overcome one last big hurdle to lasting future happiness. Don't be daunted. You don't want your life to be 'just OK'. You want it to glow with magic, bubble with joy and overflow with situations you feel proud of. but before you can improve your bank balance or your personal situation you must conquer a fear and realign an expectation. You currently depend on survival mechanisms and need to replace these with confident strategies for growth. You no longer have to be held back by your past. You're ready to come into your power. In the process you will have to conquer some inner-demons. But it will be easier than you think.

Imagine waking up each morning feeling calm contentment. A sense of immense inspiration. A heart full of love, a mind full of enthusiasm, a life full of joy. How grateful would you be? If you could feel this happy, what would it matter if your finances were erratic, your love life was problematic, your home life was tense? And what if you faced challenges to your health, frustrations in your work, injustices in the world around you? Would any of these be sufficient reason to step outside that bubble of bliss? Or, by remaining in a state of elation, would you be better placed to take constructive steps to right all wrongs? We let ourselves get wound up and worried – yet once we let the genie of agitation out of the bottle, it's hard to put it back. The planet that symbolises your sign, forms a further opposition to Saturn this year. It also forms a conjunction to Jupiter. Rarely have you had more positive options open to you. Rarely too, have you encountered so many seemingly good reasons to surrender serenity. Your year has the potential to bring all you wish for. Just ensure you keep peace at the top of that wish list!
