A good night's sleep is essential to keep weight under control as it affects hormones which control appetite and the sense of feeling full. And research from Warwick Midland School showed there's a link between lack of sleep and obesity in seven out of 11 separate studies reviewed on children and all 28 of the studies on adults. So don't skip the zzzs if you want to lose the inches.
