The workout aims to give women the finely honed physiques of Cirque de Soleil dancers

OK, so it’s not any old circus. And she wasn’t exactly lacking in the bikini department to start off with. But Kelly Brook reckons a mixture of Pilates, yoga and dance, performed with a resistance band, are helping her stay in shape for summer.

And all those elements have been brought together in a new workout Kelly’s promoting, called Jukari Fit to Flex, created by Reebok and Cirque du Soleil which came together with the aim of making fitness fun for women.

The workout improves flexibility by increasing joint mobility and stability while boosting muscle endurance and core strength. It promises to deliver the sculpted body type seen on Cirque performers – with the inclusion of the Jukari band to help the body move deeper into each pose.

Helena Christensen apparently loves it, with Nicole Sherzinger a fan, too. And now Kelly is said to have enjoyed private lessons.
