A gorgeous smile: A neat trick to keep lips looking defined

It may have been an essential in the hard-edged Eighties, but lip liner's fallen out of fashion. Still it's great for evening out the lip line and creating a more defined shape – though use it after colour has been applied for a more up-to-date result. It's a trick Cheryl Cole's make-up artist Caroline Barnes uses on the Girls Aloud star.
