Anti-ageing: Make sure you treasure your chest

While most of us are concerned with preserving facial youthfulness, we forget about the skin on the chest that, along with backs of hands, is probably the next area to be most exposed to ageing sunlight – with the added effect of the weight of breasts pulling on skin, too – and therefore prone to wrinkling before its time. So always extend your moisturising down the neck and onto the décolleté area – and make sure the product  contains SPF during the day.
