The Body Shop's Soft Hands, Kind Heart cream - which retails for £5 - not only cares for your skin, but £3.45 from each sale goes towards helping combat child exploitation

12 AUGUST 2009

We all need to care for the skin we’re in and now you can give yourself a little TLC while making a small contribution to the safety of children in need across the world.

Because from 13 August, The Body Shop is stocking Soft Hands, Kind Heart hand cream, which retails for £5, but with £3.45 from the sale of each going to ECPAT, a global network of independent organisations that work at grassroots level to combat child exploitation in 80 countries throughout the world.

The cream is part of The Body Shop’s Stop Sex Trafficking Of Children & Young People campaign, to help the 1.8 million youngsters being exploited in the global sex trade annually – some of which occurs in the UK, too.
