T.J. Holmes' wife Marilee Fiebig Holmes' bold move, four months after her husband's romance with Amy Robach was made public is difficult to forget.
The lawyer quietly reverted to her maiden name and removed 'Holmes' from her moniker earlier this year and the revelation was discretely displayed in a Margot Magazine article featuring Marilee.
Rather than shout it from the rooftops, the publication which "celebrates women of uncommon passion and infinite curiosity," listed the females featured in its second edition, and Marilee Fiebig was among them.
Her decision came in the midst of her divorce from T.J. with whom she shares her daughter, Sabine, 10.
When photos emerged of T.J. and Amy packing on the PDA in November 2022, Marilee held her tongue publicly, but later released a statement revealing her plans to divorce the former GMA3 star.
Attorney Stephanie Lehman's statement read: "During the holiday season and in light of the challenging times, Marilee's sole focus has remained on the overall best interest of her [10-year-old] daughter.
"To that end T.J.'s lawyer and I have been working together to move their divorce forward privately, expeditiously and as amicably as possible."
She spoke out against T.J.'s conduct regarding the matter, adding: "Notwithstanding, we continue to be disappointed by T.J's lack of discretion, respect and sensitivity toward Marilee and the party's daughter."
While Amy's estranged husband Andrew Shue has remained silent on the matter, they have finalized their divorce after twelve years of marriage.
Amy and the Melrose Place actor amicably divided their assets through mediation and will have shared custody of their beloved dog, Brody, according to the Daily Mail .
Amy – who, alongside T.J. is hoping to follow in the footsteps of a very famous couple – is said to have filed for divorce in August 2022 after she and T.J. allegedly became more than just friends while training for the New York City half marathon last March.

While Amy has been more vocal with her fans, sharing several images and posts, T.J. has been more selective. However, he did stun fans with a throwback photo of himself - which is simply adorable.
The star was searching through photos in the antic of his home when he stumbled upon a childhood image and couldn't resist sharing it with fans.
Now Amy and T.J. are preparing for a public display as they put their fitness goals to the test with another marathon together on November 5.
