Get the look: Summer smudge control

Eyeliner smudges even more than usual during hot weather. To keep yours in place, blend a tiny dab of your normal concealer over lids, using an eyeshadow brush to get it in close to lashes, and brush a little powder over the top – even bronzer would do – before applying the pencil, to give it something to 'grab' on to and to help absorb oiliness throughout the day
