Royal children's fashion
William and Kate's recent outing had us thinking about how on point the family always look, especially when it comes to coordinating their outfits for special occasions.
Our Fashion and Beauty News Editor, Laura Sutcliffe, has analysed the Waleses' Christmas outfits so if you want tips on how to dress your children like a royal this festive season, look no further.
Prince William's glitzy night
Earlier this week, Prince William stepped out onto the red carpet for the Royal Variety Performance, where wife Kate stunned in a velvet gown. It gave us all the festive feels!
It's just been announced that William has another glitzy event in the diary, although it sounds like he'll be attending solo. The Prince is due to celebrate the achievements of leading African conservationists by attending the thirteenth annual Tusk Conservation Awards on Wednesday 26 November.
William is Royal Patron of Tusk and helped to launch the awards in 2013.
Princess Kate's message of support
Kate in the kitchen! It's been revealed that the Princess of Wales has shared a recipe and message of support in charity cookbook Choirs For GOOD FOOD!
The £10 book was created by Choirs For Good (Conwy) to raise money for Welsh children's hospices, including Hope House Tŷ Gobaith, and Tŷ Hafan, the latter of which Kate is a patron. Princess Diana previously held the patronage.
To mark her new role back in January, Kate visited a hospice in south Wales where she spent time with the staff, families and children.
More recently, the Princess penned a heartfelt letter in June, to commemorate Children's Hospice Week. "As Patron of East Anglia's Children's Hospices and Tŷ Hafan Children's Hospice in South Wales, I have the immense privilege of seeing for myself the extraordinary work of our children's hospices," Kate wrote. "Lifting spirits through laughter, fun and play, as well as listening, holding, caring and sharing, they support children and families through life, death and beyond."
Knitwear inspo
Speaking of stylish royals, one of the Princess of Wales' prettiest jumpers is in stock again, but with a slight twist! Our Director of Lifestyle & Commerce, Leanne Bayley, spotted the updated look on Boden.
Kate wore a pink scallop-edged sweater for a school visit in 2021 and the British brand has re-released it in a bright cherry shade, as well as a regal purple - how fitting! The neckline is also slightly different, but still very Kate chic.
You can shop the jumper here.
Charlene is gorgeous in green
Princess Charlene of Monaco joined her husband Prince Albert in welcoming the President of Portugal, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, to their principality.
Charlene was her stunning self, looking immaculate in a forest green belted coat and matching hat. You can watch a video of their exchange below.
Princess Diana's betrayal
This week marks 30 years since Princess Diana sat down with Martin Bashir for a 54-minute Panorama interview, in which she famously remarked: "There were three of us in this marriage."
The anniversary coincides with the release of Dianarama, a new book by Andy Webb that explores how the interview came about and the profound consequences it had for Diana.
In this week’s episode of A Right Royal Podcast, host Andrea Caamano speaks with Andy Webb, who has been investigating the story for over 20 years. You can listen to the episode below:

The caption on Instagram read: "The cake was 2.7 metres (9 feet) high and weighed 226 kg (500 pounds). One tier of the wedding cake was kept for the christening of their first child, Prince Charles, in December 1948."
Pretty in pink

What is the Tosion de Oro ceremony?
The Order of the Golden Fleece is one of the oldest, most prestigious, and highest orders of chivalry in Europe, and is the highest distinction awarded by the King of Spain.
The ceremony is the formal act where the sovereign bestows the insignia of the Order, a beautiful gold collar featuring firesteels and the golden ram's fleece, upon a new member.
The ceremony on 21 November saw Queen Sofia be given the Order for "her dedication and devotion to the service of Spain and the Crown".
Spanish royals step out
It was a family affair for the Spanish royals on Friday as they attended the imposition of the Golden Fleece (Tosion de Oro) at the Royal Palace in Madrid.
Three royal generations gathered for the special event; Queen Sofia was joined by King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia, as well as her granddaughters, Crown Princess Leonor and Princess Sofia. The royal matriarch was spotted sharing a sweet word with her grandkids.

Queen Mathilde's kind remark
Queen Mathilde of Belgium has visited the Kubus youth library in Antwerp to participate in Read Aloud Week. The Queen read aloud to young people aged 15 to 26 in the library — a space designed for reading, socialising, and creative exchange.
Following the storytelling session, the Belgian Queen greeted fans and children waiting outside, where she noted the cold weather, telling one young girl: "It's freezing! Your hands are cold."

The Duchess of Sussex, 44, revealed she "reached out and I said, 'Happy to come and support you.'" Discussing her surprise PFW appearance last month in her new interview with Harper's Bazaar, she added: "We kept it a secret, and it was really fun."
