Frozen berries with white chocolate sauce recipe

The hot chocolate thaws the berries – giving this dessert an exquisite contrast of hot and cold

Ingredients (Serves 4)


  • 250ml/9fl oz Oatly Dairy-Free Alternative to Cream
  • 100g/4oz white chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 300g/11oz frozen mixed berries

Heat the Oatly Alternative to Cream over a gentle heat, add the chocolate and stir until the chocolate has melted.

Divide the frozen berries between 4 dessert glasses, spoon over the chocolate sauce and serve immediately.
