Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 25ml/1fl oz gin
- 25ml/1fl oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- A dash of sugar syrup
- Ice cubes
- 75ml/3fl oz chilled champagne, plus extra to serve
- Twirls of lemon zest to decorate
Put the gin, lemon juice and syrup in a cocktail shaker, add the ice cubes and shake well. Pour into a chilled champagne flute, add champagne and top up with more just before serving, decorated with lemon zest.
