These simple hors d’oeuvres take seconds to prepare and your guests will love them
Ingredients (Makes 6 canapés)
- 100g/4oz ripe Brie, cut into slices
- 6 triangle-shape oatcake biscuits
- 1 x 90g bag ready prepared rocket salad
- Baxters Cranberry & Caramelised Red Onion Chutney to serve
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Arrange the oatcakes on a serving platter and top each biscuit with a flourish of rocket. Arrange a slice or two of Brie on top and finish with a generous dollop of chutney. Season to taste.
