Ingredients (Makes 1)
- 50g/2oz strawberries, rinsed and hulled
- 50g/2oz blueberries
- 1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
- 200ml/7fl oz low-fat yoghurt
- 2 tbsp wheatgerm
Whizz all the ingredients, except for 1 tbsp of the wheatgerm, in a blender until smooth. Serve straight away in a tall, chilled glass, sprinkled with the remaining wheatgerm.
