- 4 x Distinctly Scandinavia Hot Smoked Salmon Fillets
- 500g new potatoes, boiled
- 300g cooked peas
- Green leaf salad
- 100g mayonnaise
- 200g crème fraîche
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 50g jar Salmon Caviar (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- Juice of ½ lemon
To make the salmon roe sauce, mix all the ingredients together and season to taste. Serve chilled.
Serve spooned over Hot Smoked Salmon fillets with salad, new potatoes and peas as a main course.
