June 02, 2011 - 13:50 BST hellomagazine.com A healthy recipe for grapefruit salad ideal for breakfast GALLERY Ingredients (Serves 2)1 Florida Grapefruit 1 orange 100ml/4fl oz Greek-style yoghurt 2 tbsp runny honey 40g/1½oz granola with dried fruit Mint sprigs, to decorate Method Remove the skin and pith from the grapefruit and orange, then cut each fruit into segments, working over a bowl so you catch any juice. In a separate small bowl mix together the yoghurt and honey. Divide the grapefruit and orange segments between 2 glass dishes or tumblers and pour over the reserved citrus juice. Spoon over the yoghurt and honey mixture, sprinkle some fruity granola over the top and serve straight away, decorated with a sprig of mint.
