All in one fruit salad

Start the day in style with this sweet and zingy treat that offers a complete breakfast in a glass
Ingredients (Serves 2)
  • 1 Florida Grapefruit
  • 1 orange
  • 100ml/4fl oz Greek-style yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp runny honey
  • 40g/1½oz granola with dried fruit
  • Mint sprigs, to decorate


Remove the skin and pith from the grapefruit and orange, then cut each fruit into segments, working over a bowl so you catch any juice. In a separate small bowl mix together the yoghurt and honey.

Divide the grapefruit and orange segments between 2 glass dishes or tumblers and pour over the reserved citrus juice.

Spoon over the yoghurt and honey mixture, sprinkle some fruity granola over the top and serve straight away, decorated with a sprig of mint.
