Vegetarian Christmas: Cocktails with winter berries, rosemary, cream and lemon

Currant and prosecco cocktail
Ingredients:
1 ½ tsp (6g)
Truvia® calorie-free sweetener spoonable, plus more for garnish
2 Tbsp unsweetened black currant juice
½ tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
20ml cold Prosecco
red currants, for garnish
Method:
Sprinkle Truvia® calorie-free sweetener in the bottom of a chilled champagne flute and swirl to combine.
Add currant and lime juices.
Top with Prosecco.
Garnish with red currants sprinkled with Truvia® calorie-free sweetener.
Armagnac hot toddy
Ingredients:
1¾ tsp Truvia® calorie-free sweetener spoonable
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
240ml Armagnac
480ml plus 2 Tbsps boiling water
Method:
Combine Truvia® natural sweetener, lemon juice and Armagnac in a heat-proof snifter, swirl to dissolve Truvia® natural sweetener.
Add boiling water.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and a skewer of cranberries sprinkled with Truvia® natural sweetener crystals.
Rosemary-lemon champagne cocktail
Ingredients:
1¾ tsp Truvia® calorie-free sweetener spoonable
1/4 tsp finely chopped rosemary needles, plus 1 sprig for garnish
1/2 tsp finely grated lemon zest
¾ cup cold Prosecco or Champagne
Ice
Method:
Combine 1 packet Truvia® calorie-free sweetener with chopped rosemary, zest and 1/4 cup water in a cocktail shaker that is filled with ice.
Dip the rosemary sprig in the mixture and allow extra syrup to drip off.
Sprinkle remaining Truvia® packet over the rosemary sprig.
Tap to remove excess and set aside.
Pour champagne into a chilled flute.
Add the chilled rosemary liquid.
Garnish glass with the Truvia®-dusted rosemary sprig.
Black and white Russian
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp heavy cream
¾ tsp (3g) Truvia® calorie-free sweetener spoonable
large pinch ground cardamom
large pinch ground cinnamon
160ml strong hot coffee
2 Tbsp vodka
1 Tbsp coffee liqueur
Method:
Beat the cream in a medium bowl until the cream barely holds soft peaks, set aside.
In a small bowl combine the Truvia® calorie-free sweetener with cardamom and cinnamon.
Place half the Truvia® mixture in the bottom of a mug.
Pour the coffee, vodka and coffee liqueur into the mug, stir to combine.
Spoon whipped cream over the drink.
Sprinkle whipped cream with the remaining Truvia® mixture.
