March 17, 2014 - 14:07 GMT hellomagazine.com Harissa sea bass with griddled vegetables and couscous recipe Serves: 4 Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes Ingredients 1 courgette, trimmed and cut into ribbons using a vegetable peeler 2 red pepper, deseeded and cut into thick slices 2 red onions, cut into wedges 2 tbsp vegetable oil by Sainsbury's 4 sea bass fillets 1 tbsp Harissa paste by Sainsbury's 2 x 110g packs Moroccan style couscous by Sainsbury's, made to pack instructionsMethod Heat a griddle pan over a high heat until very hot. Brush vegetables all over with oil and griddle for 5mins, turning once, until charred and tender. Meanwhile, pre-heat the grill to medium. Put the fish on a baking tray and brush each fillet with Harissa paste. Season with freshly ground pepper and grill for 4-5 mins, until cooked through.
