While the high demands of racing across the globe might seem antithetical to a relationship, many drivers have been able to find love, with some getting married, while others have managed to start their own family.

Lewis Hamilton
Lewis Hamilton is currently believed to be single, but the seven-time world champion has been linked to many high-profile names over the years. The star has since been linked to names like Nicki Minaj, Kendall Jenner, Winnie Harlow, Rita Ora, Rihanna, Viktoria Odintcova and Camila Kendra. Last year, Lewis was linked to singer Shakira following her split from husband Gerard Pique. Rumours of their coupling were sparked when he was snapped picking her up in a speedboat outside of her Miami-based property. The Whenever, Wherever singer has also been spotted going out for dinner with Lewis and joining him at the Spanish Grand Prix, however it appears that they haven't gone further.
Speaking to TIME in 2025, Lewis addressed his relationship status, saying: "I'm hungry, driven, don't have a wife and kids. I'm focused on one thing, and that's winning. That's my No.1 priority."
Lando Norris
Lando Norris is a firm favourite amongst the F1 fanbase, and the 25-year-old British driver is believed to be dating model Margarida Corceiro.
The racing ace previously dated Portuguese model Luisinha Oliveira. The pair were quite an item, with the beauty even attending the BRIT Awards with the sportsman in 2022. However, in September, he confirmed they had gone their separate ways. "After time and consideration, Luisa and myself have mutually decided to end our relationship but remain good friends," he said in a statement. "I wish her the world and have so much respect for her and all she does as an amazing and strong woman with nothing but kindness."
Max Verstappen
Max Verstappen is currently dating Brazilian model and journalist Kelly Piquet, the daughter of three-time F1 world champion Nelson Piquet. The couple announced their relationship with a beautiful snap as they cosied up on a Brazilian beach. Rumours about their relationship began in October 2020 when Max commented on one of her Instagram posts.
Speaking to Blick about walking down the aisle with Kelly, Max teased: "Marry? Me? Now you've publicly pressured me into saying a date. I don't know, time will tell. Right now, I'm very, very happy with Kelly. But personally, I don't have a schedule for when I'm going to get down on one knee in front of her. It's all supposed to happen spontaneously."
The couple welcomed their first child, a daughter named Lily, earlier this year. Max confirmed the news alongside a pair of black-and-white photos of his newborn. "Welcome to the world, sweet Lily," he wrote. "Our hearts are fuller than ever - you are our greatest gift. We love you so much."
Kelly previously dated Max's F1 rival, Daniil Kvyat, and the former couple share a daughter, Penelope Kvyat, aged four. The pair were together from January 2017 to December 2019. The 35-year-old is well-known in the motorsport world, as the PR practitioner has been handling social media for Formula-E since 2015.
Charles Leclerc
Charles Leclerc is dating model and influencer Alexandra Saint Mleux, with the driver confirming the news when speaking to Gala France. The 23-year-old has been seen with Charles at several Grand Prix and the couple were even spotted in attendance at Wimbledon.
The Ferrari driver previously dated Italian model Giada Gianni for four years, between 2015 and 2019, but the pair split with Giada saying Charles wanted to focus on his Ferrari career.
Charles also dated student Charlotte Sine. In a statement, following his split from Charlotte, Charles wrote: "Hello everyone, Charlotte and I have decided to end our relationship and we remain good friends. We have shared so many great moments and she is and always will be a very special person to me."
George Russell
George Russell is currently dating financial broker Carmen Montero Mundt, with the couple first being spotted in the paddock at 2019's Tuscan Grand Prix. The couple met through a mutual friend and Carmen regularly joins her beau at motor events. George has sweetly called his girlfriend "incredibly supportive".
Speaking to The Sun about their relationship, George said: "I'm so fortunate with Carmen because we met before the craziness of F1. We met organically and it wasn't a set up. She didn't know who I was, she didn't know F1 and wasn't even bothered by any of that. She is a very down-to-earth individual and we share values."
George previously dated Seychelle de Vries, the sister of former Formula 1 driver, Nyck de Vries.
Carlos Sainz Jr.
Carlos Sainz Jr. has won the heart of Scottish model Rebecca Donaldson. The couple went official when they were spotted walking together in Milan.
The star previously had a low-key relationship with press officer Isabel Hernaez, with the pair staying out of the public spotlight. However, in an interview with HELLO's sister publication, Hola, she confirmed the couple had split. She said: "I'll keep the good, of course, always. And I wish him all the happiness."
Meanwhile, Rebecca previously dated Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Scott Disick.
Oscar Piastri
Oscar is currently flying near the top and the Australian is in a long-term relationship with his girlfriend, Lily Zneimer, who he met at school. Student Lily can sometimes be seen supporting her boyfriend at key sporting events. They attended the Autosport Awards together and the pretty brunette accompanied her beau to several events.
Speaking on the Eff Won podcast, the driver shared how the duo prefer to live outside of the spotlight. "We keep it private, [but] not secretive like some relationships are," he explained. "We keep it to ourselves and try to be out of the spotlight and just live normal lives."
Fernando Alonso
Fernando is believed to be dating Spanish journalist Melissa Jimenez. Like his ex-girlfriend Andrea, Melissa works in the F1 paddock for DAZN.
Fernando was previously married to Spanish singer Raquel de Rosario. The couple married in 2006, but announced their divorce in 2011, stating that while they were separating as a married couple they would continue to remain good friends.
Fernando also dated Italian model and actress Linda Morselli.
Pierre Gasly
Pierre Gasly is currently dating model Kika Cerqueira Gomes. The driver was first linked with the beauty after they were spotted dancing together in a club, and they have shared several loved-up photos across their social media pages. Kika regularly joins Pierre at the track and the driver has called her his "lucky charm".
The Frenchman has previously dated Ukrainian model Katerina Berezhna and aeronautical engineer Caterina Masetti Zannini.
Esteban Ocon
Esteban Ocon is currently dating model and medical student Flavy Barla. The pair went official with their relationship at last year's Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, when Flavy was seen cheering her beloved on.
The French driver previously dated Italian model Elena Berri, with the pair first meeting in 2017, however they had a quiet split in 2023 with fans only finding out when they noticed that Esteban had unfollowed his former girlfriend on Instagram.
Alexander Albon
Alexander Albon is currently dating professional golfer Lily Muni. The pair have been dating each other since 2019 and frequently appear in loved-up poses with one another on their respective social media pages. In one sweet post, the Chinese sportswoman said she was "very lucky" to have Alexander in her life.
Lance Stroll

Yuki Tsunoda
Yuki Tsunoda has confirmed that he is in a relationship, however, the Japanese ace has kept her identity out of the public eye. He confirmed the news during a Twitch stream where he simply said he had a girlfriend. During an interview with Red Bull Japan in 2023, he only shared that the couple speak frequently.
Nico Hulkenberg
Nico Hulkenberg can be sure to count on the support of wife, Egle Ruskyte. The German driver began dating the Lithuanian fashion designer and model back in 2015, and he romantically proposed to her in 2020 during a trip to Venice.
In 2021, the pair welcomed their first child, a daughter they named Noemi Sky.
Nico previously dated police officer Laura Zinnel.
Oliver Bearman
Ollie proved to be the super sub of last season, replacing both Carlos Sainz Jr. and Kevin Magnussen at events throughout the year. The 19-year-old was previously in a relationship with Estelle Ogilvy, but the pair have since separated.
The youngster has since been linked to Alicia Torriani, an accounts manager for All-Time, a firm founded by Lorenzo Leclerc, the brother of fellow F1 star, Charles Leclerc.
The star has confirmed that he is dating, saying ahead of the season opener: "I am really excited to be in Australia. They have amazing brunches by the beach in Melbourne.
“I know a few places, my girlfriend is coming and I really want to take her to some of those — I have my little itinerary planned! She's staying until Tuesday, we have a few days to enjoy it after the race and that’s the benefit of the job, travelling to these amazing places."
Andrea Kimi Antonelli
Italian-born Andrea will have big shoes to fill as he replaces Lewis Hamilton at Mercedes. The 18-year-old has managed to find love, settling down with fellow racing driver Eli Bábíčková. The couple looked so loved-up on New Year's Eve, with Eli sharing an insight into their swanky celebrations. As her beau nuzzled into her, she wrote: "Happy New Year to everyone. 2025, bring it on."
Liam Lawson
Liam has been around the F1 paddock for the past few years as a substitute driver and replaced Daniel Ricciardo at Racing Bulls in the latter half of the 2024 season. The 23-year-old is dating Hannah St. John, who appears to be an influencer; she graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in biomedical sciences.
The pair regularly share loved-up photos, including from concerts, sports events, and romantic date nights. Speaking of his newfound interest in American football, Liam quipped: "My girlfriend's brother loves the Chiefs. I think I'm a Chiefs fan."
Gabriel Bortoleto
Gabriel is a new boy for the grid, and the Brazilian is driving for the Sauber team. The 2024 F2 champion is in a relationship with Isabella Bernardini, with the pair having been an item for four years.
The couple often keep their love out of the spotlight, with computer science student Isabella keeping her social media pages on private.
Isack Hadjar
Isack's route into Formula 1 wasn't always guaranteed, with the star only joining Racing Bulls following Sergio Perez's shock sacking months before the season started. Not much is known about the 20-year-old sportsman, but it appears that he is single.
Franco Colapinto
Franco has returned to F1 after replacing Jack Doohan, but the star's love life is currently a mystery. He was most recently linked with Argentine actress María Eugenia "China" Suárez. The pair are believed to no longer be together with Franco reportedly being seen on Raya.
In the past, the sportsman has been linked to Estelle Ogilvy, who has also dated Oliver Bearman, and he was linked to Norwegian royal Princess Ingrid Alexandra, but it's thought these were only ever rumours.
