The Sloe Gin Champagne Fizz is delicious and simple to make
25ml sloe gin
25ml fresh-squeezed lemon juice (half a lemon)
1 egg white
Champagne or other sparkling wine
Combine sloe gin, lemon juice, and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 10-15 seconds. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again, hard, for about 20 seconds. Strain the mixture into a white wine glass or champagne flute. Add a splash of Champagne. Wait a moment. Then top it up the rest of the way with Champagne.
