Laura is said to be more introverted than her outgoing brother, an easy-going young woman who adores her father and loves to paint. She also exhibits a sense of adventure and love of travel, spending her gap year backpacking around South America with friends. With hopes of one day opening a gallery of her own, she's also worked at the Peggy Guggenheim museum of modern art in Venice and has more recently settled in London at a Belgravia art gallery.
Notting Hill-based Tom, meanwhile, had an interest in cinema which led him to a job working for a film publicist in the late Nineties, and he later launched a bespoke concierge service called quintessentially.com. Most recently, he put his excellent culinary skills to work in a cookery column, publishing a cookery book, E Is For Eating: An Alphabet Of Greed, in 2004.
