Tania Leslau

Tania Leslau is Hello! Fashion’s Fashion Features Editor. She joined the team in 2024, having previously written for publications including the Evening Standard, Tatler and Teen Vogue. 

An award-winning fashion journalism graduate of Central Saint Martins (MA), Tania has developed an analytic approach to fashion that has informed her writing, particularly her long-form features which include trend forecasting, historical deep dives and celebrity profiles. She previously earned an undergraduate degree in History of Art from the University of Bristol, focusing her research on the intersection of fashion media and socialism in East Germany between 1957 and 1990.

Fashion history and film are areas Tania is particularly interested in. From deep dives into 1960s space-age trends courtesy of Paco Rabanne to the Noughties reign of Y2K Paris Hilton, there isn’t a style moment the self-professed thrift obsessive isn’t afraid to scrutinise.

When she’s not penning designer profiles or interviewing celebrities for the magazine’s Fashion Insider Diaries section, you can find Tania sifting through London’s vintage shops when styling private clients or planning her next road trip across California.
