The Avatar and Marvel actress has won a humanitarian award for her work with JhPiego which helps women and children get access to proper healthcare, particularly neo-natal.
The star has personal experience as her twins were born prematurely in 2014 and needed assistance to breathe.
They're thriving now, but the experience meant Zoe lends her celebrity status to several children's charities, including Brave Beginnings and Shot@Life which are focused on giving children the immunisations they need, as well as supporting their mothers.

In 2019, Zoe received a Global Humanitarian Award at a JhPiego event in Los Angeles. During her acceptance speech, she said: "I want every mum and every child to have access to the same life-saving care that we did."
