THEATRE

The Elephant Man

For nine weeks only, on 19 May Bradley Cooper brings his Tony-nominated performance in The Elephant Man to the West End. The Silver Linings Playbooks actor has earned critical acclaim for his portrayal of the physically deformed historical figure John Merrick, and starred in the Broadway-based play earlier this year. He said of his Tony nomination: "To be a part of a community that gathers together in a 13 block radius, eight shows a week, no matter what, in the greatest city in the world – for one sole purpose, to tell stories – I can't think of a better job to have."
