Like any urban paradise, this unique pop-up will have tonnes of sand, palm trees, beach huts and low-hanging swings. There will be plenty of deckchairs and day beds to settle into, as well as a covered pergola to shelter you from any unwanted British weather.
As if all this wasn't impressive enough, Neverland is BYOB, and there's an Unleaded Bar packed with mixers to aid you in shaking your own cocktails. Le Rac Shack, Taco Dave and The Duck Truck will also be on hand to dish out delicious street food should you get hungry. The beach will be open from Wednesday 10 May to October 3 and entry will set you back a measly £5.

Duck & Waffle Local
Are you a fan of Duck & Waffle? Who isn't? Great news - the popular City sky-high eatery has gone local and opened a more casual eatery in St James's Market. Like the flagship restaurant, Duck & Waffle Local will focus on local, rustic, seasonal and sustainable ingredients, but with a more accessible, speedier and cost-friendly format.
New dishes include the duck burger and duck jam doughnut, while the original and much-loved duck and waffle will also remain on the menu. Guests will be able to order at the counter before being shown to a table, or opt for a new takeaway service. The restaurant will be open from early morning to late night.
FOOD AND DRINK
We've always been a fan of Sky Garden, with its incredible panoramic London views, but now there's even more reason to visit! As summer rolls around, the sky-high bar will play host to a new pop-up, the Belvedere Spritz City Garden Bar, which will serve a new botanically inspired summer range of drinks. Plus, there'll be live music playing every Wednesday to Saturday evening until September. See you at the top!
You may have already seen the pop-up gardens that have sprung up in the City, from the Deliciously Ella Garden and Deli in Exchange Square to the rejuvenating Japanese Bamboo Garden in Broadgate Plaza.
The gardens will be open until 4th June, offering a host of activities for members of the public. Tickets can be bought for Deliciously Ella supper clubs and Ying Yoga classes, while free activities include relaxation talks, head massage techniques and Hathia yoga classes.
Cinco de Mayo
What better way to celebrate Cinco de Mayo than at the UK's first ever Mexican restaurant, Cafe Pacifico? Located in the heart of Covent Garden, the restaurant is throwing a huge party that will feature a special taco and tequila menu. Diners will be able to pick out their favourite tacos and pair them with either an 1800 Tequila flight or one of the bar's renowned and mind blowing margaritas.
All this with a live soundtrack from a five piece Mariachi band to keep everyone la bamba'ing late into the night! The menu will be available for two weeks for those who can't make it down on the day.
FOOD AND DRINK
Leicester Square Kitchen
Now here's a restaurant on Leicester Square we can get on board with! Leicester Square Kitchen will serve up Mexican and Peruvian platters, from the robata-grilled pisco-glazed ribs to the Mexican-inspired Mayan-spiced marinated chicken ensalada. Each dish will be complemented by a range of cocktails, such as the Aztec negroni and the chilli and lychee margarita.
To celebrate the restaurant's soft launch, diners will have 50% crossed off their food bill from 6 to 12 May.
