Key members of the EastEnders crew swapped the gritty surroundings of Albert Square for the plush grass and sunny setting of a Newmarket cricket ground at the weekend, where they took part in a charity match.
Togged out like a pro in white trousers, a maroon polo shirt and a sleeveless cricket jumper, Rudolph Walker - who plays Patrick Truman in the BBC soap - led his comrades onto the pitch.
The sports-mad actor, who loves cricket and tennis, showed off his bowling skills at the event, which raised funds for the Teenage Cancer Trust.
Other players included Cliff Parisi, who plays mechanic Minty in the show, and Perry Fenwick – aka Billy Mitchell. And sitting on the sidelines to cheer on the boys was blonde actress Laurie Brett.
The Scottish star, who portrays Ian Beale's wife Jane in the show, was spotted having a giggle with Perry and some pals after the last wicket had fallen.
