Princess Alexia of Greece has been showing off her new baby boy. The 40-year-old aristocrat, whose father is former monarch King Constantine, appeared outside the Teknon Clinic in Barcelona where little Carlos was born just four days ago.

The infant was also accompanied by his two older sisters, Anna Maria and Arietta, and his proud father Carlos Morales. Grandparents Constantine and Anne Marie were also in attendance, sporting broad smiles as they joined the newest member of their family for Tuesday's photocall.
Being at the centre of everyone's attention didn't seem to bother the baby too much, as he spent most of the time snoozing in his mother's arms. One look at the faces of the rest of his family left the press pack in little doubt about their delight after welcoming him into their lives, though.
The family will have received messages of congratulations from the Spanish royal household, too. They have long enjoyed a close relationship with the country's monarchy, as Constantine's older sister Sofia is married to King Juan Carlos. Princess Alexia, who is close friends with her cousin the Infanta Cristina, also chose to make her home there after she walked down the aisle with Carlos, who originally hails from Las Palmas in the Canary Islands. |
