President's pride as leaders congratulate Carla on her baby bump

She hasn't yet confirmed the pregnancy, but her loose smocks and the overjoyed smile on her husband Nicolas Sarkozy's face are doing the talking.
And Prime Minister David Cameron looked like he was offering the French first couple his congratulations when they chatted at the leaders' meeting in Deauville.
Earlier in the day, 43-year-old Carla's rounding belly was even more obvious when she welcomed leaders' wives, such as Sevetlana Medvedeva, the Russian first lady, to a restaurant, wearing a black tunic and trousers.
