As HELLO!'s Lifestyle Editor, Nichola is responsible for overseeing the content strategy for the website's lifestyle verticals, including Fashion, Beauty, Health and Fitness, Parenting, Travel, Food, Homes and Weddings.It marks a full circle moment for Nichola! After graduating with a History degree from the University of Kent, she spent several years working in B2B journalism in Australia. Seeking a new challenge (and the home comforts of the UK), she was thrilled to join HELLO! as a Lifestyle Writer in 2019, covering all lifestyle topics. She quickly found her niche as the Weddings Editor, helping to achieve a 119 per cent increase in UK users in just one year, and later spoke on the Powerful PR panel at the Guides for Brides' UK Weddings Conference in 2024.Since late 2022, Nichola's focus has expanded, and after serving as Deputy Lifestyle Editor, she now manages the lifestyle team, commissions features, and organises exclusive interviews. In her role as Lifestyle Editor, Nichola helps navigate breaking news such as Queen Elizabeth II's death and Princess Martha Louise's wedding, and continue to support the Website Editor.When she isn't working, you can find Nichola enjoying a Reformer Pilates class, playing tag rugby, exploring London's dynamic food scene, or mapping out her next trip (only for temporary holidays, not a permanent move like last time!)
