Born Camilla Rosemary Shand, Queen Camilla was previously married to Andrew Parker Bowles, with whom she shares children Tom Parker Bowles and Laura Lopes.
Camilla Parker Bowles married King Charles, the former Prince of Wales, at a civil ceremony in Windsor in 2005.
As one of the most senior members of the British royal family, the Queen supports her husband in carrying out his work and duties.
She became Queen during the 2023 coronation ceremony at Westminster Abbey. She and Charles reside at Clarence House in London, a short distance from Buckingham Palace.
